* Motion to purchase a 4-post, 14,000 lb. lift for the borough garage at a cost not to exceed $20,000

* Motion to approve a request from the Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce to place up to 10 metal signs approximately 8-by-10-inches in size on existing poles in the downtown area.

* Motion to adopt an ordinance amending the Defined Contribution and Normal Retirement pension benefits in the Non-uniformed Employees Pension Plan.

* Motion to retain Tonia L. Collevechio as Borough Secretary/Treasurer effective immediately.

* Motion to appoint Randy Clemson to the Water Treatment Plant Work Leader position effective immediately.

* Motion to appoint Todd Macalush to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Work Leader position effective immediately

* Motion to approve the transfer of Aaron Coggiano to a vacant Water Treatment Plant Operator position.
