There will be a meeting of the Tamaqua Borough Historical Architectural Review Committee on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the Tamaqua Borough Council Chambers, 320 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252, to review and act upon the following.
- The applicant is Bane Investment Holdings, LLC regarding the property located at 223 West Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to install a business sign. It would be visible on West Broad Street.
- The applicant is Abu Ahmad regarding the property located at 117 East Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace sign with a new 2Ft x 4Ft non- illuminated Vinal sign in the exact place of the old one. It would be visible on East Broad Street.
- The applicant is Fermin Perez regarding the property at 249 East Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace two Signs. One sign in the window 50 inches by 28 inches of the store front. Second sign is 36inch by 144 inches on Greenwood Street It would be visible from East Broad Street and Greenwood Street.
- The applicant is Norky E. Torres regarding the property at 320-322 West Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to do demolition of the back half of the property which was damaged by fire. It would be visible from West Broad Street, Cottage Ave., and South Lehigh Street.
- The applicant is Rhodely Vallon regarding the property at 227 West Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace/repair porch columns and square boxes, rebuild front and side steps, restore to solid wood structure, replace decking and beams to porch floorboards and seal all cracks where addition meets party wall and paint. This would be visible from West Broad Street and Row Street.
