NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Tamaqua will conduct a hearing at the Tamaqua Municipal Building, 320 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, to consider the following item:

1. The applicant is Ronald Chamberlain from Walnutport PA. The submitted application requests a variance pursuant to Sections 1675 of The Eastern Schuylkill Planning Region Zoning Ordinance (ESPR) to allow for a cat kennel/ foster adoption on the property. Which is not a permitted use in the G-C Zoning District. The property is located at 209 West Broad Street, Tamaqua PA 18252, Tax Parcel ID #65-11-0343.001. The property is in the G-C Zoning District.
