PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Tamaqua will conduct a hearing at the Tamaqua Municipal Building, 320 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, to consider the following item:

1. The applicant is Brandi Troiano from ReNu of Harrisburg, PA. The submitted application requests a special exception pursuant to Sections 703 and Section 1694.D of The Eastern Schuylkill Planning Region Zoning Ordinance (ESPR) to allow the installation of 17 roof mounted solar panels. The installation will be 6.290 kW DC, and 5.000 kW AC. The property is located at 309 North Lehigh Street, Tamaqua PA 18252, Tax Parcel ID #65-11-0215.000.  The property is located in the R-4 Zoning District.
