HARC AGENDA JUNE 2020

There will be a meeting of the Tamaqua Borough Historical Architectural Review Committee on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Tamaqua Borough Council Chambers, 320 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA  18252, to review and act upon the following.

  1. The applicant is Johnathan Mazzella regarding the property located at 41 Market Street in the R-4 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace the structures windows, guard rails, siding and light fixtures.  This would be visible on Market Street and N Patterson Street.

  2. The applicant is Beth Chickilly regarding the property located at 265 W Rowe Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to install a fence and a driveway. This would be visible on Lafayette Street.

  3. The applicant is Amy Oskins regarding the property located at 45 Market Street in the R-4 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace the front porch stairs. This would be visible on Market Street.

  1. The applicant is Jon Bonner regarding the property located at 238 E Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to change the face of an existing sign. This would be visible on E Broad Street.

  2. The applicant is Joan Stoudt regarding the property located at 741 E Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace the existing above ground swimming pool and deck. This would be visible on East End Avenue.

  3. The applicant is Lea Kidwell regarding the property located at 234 High Street in the R-4 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to change the faces of existing signs. This would be visible on High Street, Swatara Street and Van Gelder Street.

  1. The applicant is Diane Sharpless regarding the property located at 528 Arlington Street in the R-4 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to demolish a garage. This would be visible on Mountain Avenue.

  2. Approve minutes from March meeting.
